Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Functional Operations & Marketing Oversight
Track and follow up on daily actions across restaurant operations and marketing.
Ensure alignment between floor operations, campaigns, promotions, and priorities set by the manager.
Act as point-of-control when the manager is occupied or off-site.
2. Execution Tracking, Reporting & Escalation
Maintain simple trackers for operations, staffing, campaigns, and vendors.
Provide structured daily and weekly updates.
Identify delays, staff issues, or risks early and escalate with solutions.
3. SOP Enforcement & Team Follow-Through
Enforce operational and marketing SOPs consistently.
Follow up on incomplete tasks and missed deadlines.
Step in temporarily to close execution gaps.
4. Vendor & Campaign Coordination
Coordinate with marketing vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
