Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Operations Manager. The role is on-site and located in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, managing staff schedules, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and optimizing operational processes to enhance productivity.

• Experience in Staff Supervision, Scheduling, and Team Coordination
• Knowledge of Inventory Management and Quality Control
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
