Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Shah Alam for an Assistant Operations Manager. The role involves assisting in overseeing daily operations, monitoring supply chain processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring project goals are met efficiently. The Assistant Operations Manager will collaborate with teams across various departments, maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols, and support the implementation of strategies to enhance productivity and operational performance. The individual will also conduct performance reviews, provide team guidance, and contribute to operational planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and skills in operations management, project coordination, and workflow optimization
• Experience in supply chain and logistics processes, including inventory management and distribution
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving to support strategic decision-making
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and systems used in operations management
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and meet deadlines effectively
• Relevant experience in industrial or energy-related sectors is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
