Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Outlet Manager located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant Outlet Manager will oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence. Key responsibilities include managing and motivating the outlet team, maintaining inventory levels, addressing customer needs effectively, and fostering a positive working environment. Additionally, the role involves implementing operational policies and assisting with training and performance evaluations to drive success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Proficiency in People Management and Communication skills to lead and support a team effectively.
• Experience in Inventory Management to oversee stock and supply levels efficiently.
• Ability to resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred, but equivalent experience is also valued.
• Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
