Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cyberjaya and other outlet in klang valley for an Assistant Outlet Manager. The Assistant Outlet Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing a team of staff, handling inventory, and maintaining the smooth functioning of the outlet. The role also involves contributing to organizational goals by implementing operational best practices and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an excellent dining experience for patrons.
• Experience in People Management and Communication, with an ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management to ensure sufficient stock levels and smooth operations.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment with problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service management role is a plus.
