Job Summary

Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily pastry manufacturing operations, manpower coordination, production planning, and quality monitoring.

Job Descriptions

• Assist in supervising daily production activities
• Monitor production output and quality consistency
• Coordinate manpower arrangement and shift planning
• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance
• Support troubleshooting during production issues
• Assist in staff training and SOP implementation
• Prepare production reports and records

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Bakery, Culinary, Food Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in pastry/bakery production
• Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
• Familiar with food manufacturing SOP
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin speaking and writing for ease of internal communications

Location: Gelang Patah, Johor

Salary Range: RM8,000 - 12,000
