Your New Company

A well-established and growing business process outsourcing (BPO) organisation seeking to further grow its operations in SEA.

Your new role

Based in Petaling Jaya, you will be responsible to cover the full spectrum of HR and play a part in keeping employees happy. This includes being on-the-ground to conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analysing the responses and ideating solutions to strengthen retention and improving overall employee experience. Beyond the following, you will run performance appraisals yearly, providing counselling during grievances and bring your engagement activity ideas to life with the HR team.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Preferably 7-10 years work experience in HR and/or People and Culture
  • Must have experience in industrial relations, employee engagement and employee relations.
  • Analytical and proven experience of developing solutions through data
  • Possess a people-person, warm, friendly personality
