Prepare and optimize production data for HLA Assembly, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.
Create and maintain detailed production routings in SAP and Spectrum Pro (SP2), optimizing the material and product flow.
Oversee the launch of new products, assist Manager and Engineer creating all necessary documentation and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Assist product changes and version control (ECO & MST), ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
Collaborate closely with production and product and test development teams, providing technical expertise and support.
Preventing and eliminating process defects (workmanship) and maintaining quality levels
Design and fabricate jig and fixtures and register into system.
Documentation new equipment and other capital requirement to meet customer demand and maintaining the company's technology level in line with Industrial trends.
Perform process validation and review HLA yield with all team members
Responsible to up the machine if machine break-down or follow-up with supplier (Smart Torque, fixture and other instrument).
Participating in all meeting as required. Exp. SCAR meeting, FA run, FMEA.
Supervise Technician.
Assist Engineer to do data analysis, capability studies on machine and product.
Requirement
Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
1-2 years of working experience in EMS environment.
Familiar engineering documentation Work Instruction/ BOM/ECO implementation.
In-good knowledge and understanding of the design of process and assembly drawing (mechanical parts)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency with relevant engineering software (e.g., CAD).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in fast-paced environments
