Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning by supervisor, accomplishing work results, monitoring progress, resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow on production, ensure quantity & quality are in control manner.

2. Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment & resources, chemical, sanitizer, maintaining compliance with established policies, procedures and FSSC 22k standards including personal hygiene.

3. Check inner block expiry date, investigate and report all incidents.

4. To do record or review packing/paper cup/cleaning & sanitation/running table/seasoning & dry vegetable/printing batch number.

5. Monitor environmental cleaning.

6. Check record of wastage, rejected & paper cup

7. Send all the records to QC for checking/verification. Meeting with operators twice a week.

8. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by production manager as and when is needed.

9. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience in food industry.
