Job Description & Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering).
- Additional certifications in AutoCAD or related software are a plus.
Leadership and Management:
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Ability to take ownership of projects, coordinate teams, and ensure project goals are met.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers & team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Site Project Experience:
- Willingness to work on-site and supervise the implementation of the project.
- Ability to handle site-based challenges, ensuring quality control and safety compliance.
- Experience with managing construction or installation activities at the site.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings and modifications.
- Basic understanding of electronics and/or mechanical systems (depending on the field of engineering).
- Ability to perform simple programming tasks (e.g., for control systems, automation).
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in a site-based engineering role is a plus, especially for projects in construction & manufacturing.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin with installers and contractors.
