Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
  • Support in project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to ensure milestones are met.
  • Assist with site coordination, including liaising with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Help prepare project documentation, including progress reports, drawings, and technical submittals.
  • Monitor project costs and budgets and support cost control activities.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Support procurement and material management as required.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and issue resolution on site.

Key Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in construction project coordination or related roles.
  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and contracts.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to work on-site and support multiple tasks as needed.
