Position Requirement:
- Candidate preferable to have a science background or Degree in Material/ Electronic/ Manufacturing
- Minumum of 6 years working experience in Cell QA
- Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Planning and prioritising activities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organization-wide QA function including leading the teams of subordinates to perform
- In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), Final Quality Assurance (OQA) and internal audit.
- Communicate with customers to align QA operations with customer quality requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist QA Manager in managing customer complaints and ensure prompt feedback to customers on the quality issues.
- Authorized and responsible for corrective action that identifies and escalates products or processes that do not conform to requirements to ensure that nonconforming products are not shipped to the customers and that all potential nonconforming products are identified and contained
