Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within EMS or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of management systems and code of conduct (e.g., ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 27001 and RBA code of conduct).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Ensure QC activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • Oversee execution of inspection plans and ensure compliance with checklists and specifications.
  • Monitor quality performance, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers on quality issues, including corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the quality team to achieve quality objectives.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and improvement of high defect/failure rates.
  • Drive structured problem-solving activities (e.g., 8D, RCA, CAPA).
  • Ensure compliance with management systems and code of conduct.
