Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist in managing project costs, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting cost analysis, and ensuring that the financial aspects of construction projects are efficiently handled. The role will also require regular cost reporting and active participation in cost planning to ensure project budgets are adhered to.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning

Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

Strong skills in Cost Reporting and analysis

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively

Proficient in relevant software tools for quantity surveying

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

Relevant experience in the construction or fit-out industry is an advantage
