The Opportunity
Provide expert advice and consultation on compliance matters across multiple areas such as Anti-Money Laundering, Privacy, Transaction Monitoring, Governance, and Regulatory Risk. Lead the implementation of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Position Responsibilities
- Advise on complex compliance issues and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct risk assessments, monitoring, and remediation activities.
- Support business units on compliance for new products, projects, and global initiatives.
- Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Lead compliance projects and governance committees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in financial services, compliance, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence decision-making and manage complex projects across multiple jurisdictions.
