Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team in identifying and pursuing business opportunities and managing client relationships. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, collaborating with different departments for customer orders, coordinating marketing efforts, and overseeing contract negotiations. The position also involves monitoring market trends and achieving sales and revenue targets.

• Proficiency in customer relationship management and client interaction
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitive activity
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Experience in packaging or manufacturing industries is an advantage
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Able to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese is highly preferred.
