Assistant Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Johor Bahru. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible to carry personal sales in Governemnt Loan, Personal Loan and Credit card. The Assistant Sales Manager will ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities to assess market trends and optimize sales performance
• Ability to work effectively on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an added advantage
