Job Description

Principal Duties

  • Identify and develop aftermarket sales opportunities, including major overhauls, package system upgrades, recommended spare parts lists, and equipment health management solutions.
  • Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies and account plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to understand operational challenges and future requirements.
  • Work closely with Principals to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market conditions.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with customers to ensure profitable and sustainable business outcomes.
  • Monitor installed base conditions and lifecycle status to proactively identify and position sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends to effectively position company solutions.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to Principals and internal management to support business strategy development.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and manage commercial risks in all sales engagements.
  • Support customers through technical presentations, value propositions, and business cases for aftermarket solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales Support, and Operations Support teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction after sales completion.
  • Promote company integrity and build trust with customers and stakeholders through all interactions.

Knowledge / Experience Required for the Job

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify and develop aftermarket sales opportunities.
  • Good customer engagement and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, contracts, and margins.
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines and achieve sales targets.
  • Good understanding of market trends and competitor activities.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of related experience.

Academic / Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field, with preference given to candidates with a background in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or related disciplines.
