Principal Duties
- Identify and develop aftermarket sales opportunities, including major overhauls, package system upgrades, recommended spare parts lists, and equipment health management solutions.
- Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies and account plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to understand operational challenges and future requirements.
- Work closely with Principals to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market conditions.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with customers to ensure profitable and sustainable business outcomes.
- Monitor installed base conditions and lifecycle status to proactively identify and position sales opportunities.
- Stay informed on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends to effectively position company solutions.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to Principals and internal management to support business strategy development.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and manage commercial risks in all sales engagements.
- Support customers through technical presentations, value propositions, and business cases for aftermarket solutions.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales Support, and Operations Support teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction after sales completion.
- Promote company integrity and build trust with customers and stakeholders through all interactions.
Knowledge / Experience Required for the Job

Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of related experience.
Academic / Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field, with preference given to candidates with a background in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or related disciplines.
