Role Description

The Assistant Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. Key responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying and securing new business opportunities. The individual will work closely with the Sales team to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and conduct market research to meet business objectives and drive growth.

• Skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Revenue Growth Strategies.
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities.
• Teamwork, Leadership, and Problem-Solving Skills to contribute effectively within a collaborative work setting.
• Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools is an advantage.
