Role Description

The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves overseeing the sales team, implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, supervising the preparation of sales reports, conducting performance analysis, and building strong client relationships. The Assistant Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales performance while maintaining alignment with strategic business objectives.

• Strong background in sales strategies, client relationship management, and team coordination
• Experience in market research, innovative sales planning, and identifying business opportunities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation to monitor sales performance
• Understanding of property development industry concepts and processes
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Previous experience in property development or a related field is a significant advantage
