Role Description As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to create tailored logistics solutions. You will oversee customer inquiries, manage contracts, and ensure effective communication throughout the sales process. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Shah Alam office, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills to identify and capture new business opportunities.
• A solid understanding of logistics and freight forwarding operations, including trucking, custom clearance, and warehousing services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proficiency in English and additional languages, such as Malay and Thai, is an advantage.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field; relevant industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Shah Alam and travel locally as needed to interact with clients and partners.
