Job Description
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets across regional markets.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to maximise account retention and growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Develop sales forecasts, market analyses, and business development strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Lead commercial discussions, including quotations, negotiations, and customer presentations.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews across regional markets.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and project execution.
- Prepare sales reports, market intelligence updates, and performance analyses for management.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience within industrial manufacturing, engineering products, metals, materials, hardware, or related sectors.
- Strong business development and account management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable managing regional customer relationships and travelling internationally.
- Exposure to international markets or industrial products would be advantageous.
