Job Description

  • Drive sales growth and achieve business targets across regional markets.
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to maximise account retention and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Develop sales forecasts, market analyses, and business development strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Lead commercial discussions, including quotations, negotiations, and customer presentations.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews across regional markets.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and project execution.
  • Prepare sales reports, market intelligence updates, and performance analyses for management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience within industrial manufacturing, engineering products, metals, materials, hardware, or related sectors.
  • Strong business development and account management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable managing regional customer relationships and travelling internationally.
  • Exposure to international markets or industrial products would be advantageous.
