Your New Role
In this role as Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve their targets. You will prepare duty rosters, design and monitor sales incentive schemes, and ensure the team is performing at its best. You will also manage relationships with external property agencies, lawyers, and bankers, oversee Sales & Purchase Agreements, and monitor loan applications. Additionally, you will implement and track sales promotions and packages, handle leasing agreements and renewals, and ensure all administrative and compliance requirements are met.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in property sales or real estate management, along with strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential, as well as a solid understanding of legal documentation, financing procedures, and statutory requirements.
