Job Description

Are you passionate about sales, building customer relationships, and driving business growth We are looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Sales Manager (HORECA) to expand our presence in the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, as well as Corporates. If you enjoy meeting people, identifying opportunities, and achieving ambitious targets, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the HORECA channel.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Plan and execute sales promotions, trade activities, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage new product listings and develop effective launch and promotional strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the company.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience handling HORECA customers is highly advantageous.
  • Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for customer visits.
