About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive the growth of ESRI's solutions in the market.

Here's what a typical day will look like:

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated sales team, helping them achieve targets and grow professionally.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and generate new revenue streams.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders to understand business needs and provide valuable solutions.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring consistent execution of ESRI's sales processes and best practices.
  • Motivate your team, resolve challenges, remove barriers, and celebrate achievements to maintain high performance and satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for an energetic and driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. You are someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, closing deals, and contributing to business growth. If you are customer-focused, motivated, and enjoy leading a team to success, we want to hear from you!.

To be successful you will need to bring along:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software or IT solution sales (equivalent experience considered).
  • Proven track record in selling business applications and driving results.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of clients business needs and challenges.
  • Experience handling complex, long-cycle sales campaigns in a consultative environment.
  • Knowledge of consultative selling and ability to manage key business partners.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
