Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities also include generating new leads, preparing sales reports, organizing promotional events, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Strategies
  • Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving
  • Ability to achieve targets and work effectively under minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its operational practices is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in event planning and promotional activities is advantageous
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
