Job Description

Sales

  • Actively solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing-i (PF-i) products.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall Group sales objectives.
  • Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for potential customers through both internal marketing initiatives and self-generated leads.
  • Schedule appointments, conduct sales visits, and engage early with new-to-bank customers to build lasting relationships.
  • Perform cross-selling of other retail banking products such as ASB Financing, Personal Financing, Credit Cards, and other relevant offerings.

Customer Service

  • Deliver a high standard of customer experience consistent with the Bank's quality and service standards.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Compliance

  • Adhere strictly to all Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold and protect the Bank's image, reputation, and brand integrity at all times.

Operations

  • Ensure that the sales centre or sales hub is maintained to meet the Bank's quality, image, and operational standards.
  • Support operational efficiency by ensuring proper documentation, process accuracy, and compliance in daily activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 5 year of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Relevant licenses for the portfolio.
  • Highly motivated, success-driven, self-initiated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable engaging with people and taking personal responsibility for delivering results.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrates initiative, perseverance, and passion in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Ability to relate and connect with the local community.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of finance and banking products.
  • Basic computer skills.
