Job Summary

The Assistant Sales Manager, PF (Personal Financing) at RHB Bank Berhad is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving personal financing targets, fostering client relationships, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves both direct sales support and team leadership elements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve personal financing targets and objectives.
  • Coach, motivate, and guide a team of Personal Financing Sales Executives to optimize performance and achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Support the Sales Manager in recruitment, training, and development of new sales personnel.
  • Actively participate in sales activities, including client acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling of personal financing products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries.
  • Ensure all sales activities and processes adhere to RHB Bank Berhad's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the personal financing sector.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and streamline operational processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on personal financing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading small teams.
  • Strong understanding of personal financing products, credit assessment processes, and relevant banking regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
