Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Responsible for driving Leisure segment revenue performance for Berjaya Langkawi Resort, based at our Kuala Lumpur HQ. This role focuses on strategic account management and business development within the travel trade network.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage and grow the Leisure market segment (FIT, travel agents, wholesalers)

Develop and maintain strong trade partnerships

Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Conduct sales calls, client meetings and account reviews

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing and Operations teams

Provide regular sales reports and market insights
