Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets within the assigned market.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, competitor monitoring, and industry trend evaluation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, establish KPIs, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industry, with exposure to team leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience interpreting sales performance data, market trends, and customer insights to drive business growth.
