Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industry, with exposure to team leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a high-performing sales team.
