Work under the guidance of the Director of Sales to manage assigned client accounts and markets, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
Job Scope
- Generate and pursue sales leads for property, meeting packages, and residential packages.
- Manage and maintain a designated portfolio of accounts effectively.
- Provide timely updates and reports in line with sales administration requirements.
- Monitor and develop assigned accounts to achieve and sustain sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication with clients and prospective customers.
- Prepare and process all lease agreements accurately and promptly.
- Conduct site inspections as required.
- Entertain clients to maintain rapport and strengthen business ties.
- Update daily sales activities in Opera.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
- Compile and present quarterly Account Management Reports.
- Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide feedback to management.
