Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established MNC in the logistics industry, for an Assistant Sales Manager role based in Skudai.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support sales strategy development and drive business growth in freight forwarding & logistics
  • Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation activities
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction & retention
  • Act as key contact for client enquiries, quotations, and issue resolution
  • Work closely with operations, logistics & customer service teams for smooth service delivery
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market insights

What we're looking for:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales / BD / account management (logistics / freight forwarding preferred)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, driven mindset
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Fresh insights into market trends and customer needs
