We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established MNC in the logistics industry, for an Assistant Sales Manager role based in Skudai.
What you'll be doing:
- Support sales strategy development and drive business growth in freight forwarding & logistics
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation activities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction & retention
- Act as key contact for client enquiries, quotations, and issue resolution
- Work closely with operations, logistics & customer service teams for smooth service delivery
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market insights
What we're looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales / BD / account management (logistics / freight forwarding preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive, driven mindset
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Fresh insights into market trends and customer needs
