About The Job
- Engage and close direct buyers, and maintain follow-ups with appointed agents.
- Assist in organizing and running property previews and on-site events
- Coordinate with designers and agencies to develop marketing materials such as flyers, advertisements, and video reels.
- Plan and execute effective Marketing Action Plans in line with annual or quarterly budgets.
- Develop product and pricing strategies to enhance market competitiveness.
- Conduct market research, trend analyses, and product studies to strengthen product positioning.
- Oversee and manage the customer database through web registrations and other channels; liaise with advertising agencies on social media activities and marketing collateral.
- Participate in feasibility studies for upcoming projects.
- Conduct market analyses and provide recommendations on optimal product mix and pricing for new developments.
- Prepare proposals and deliver presentations to potential partners, government bodies, or related agencies.
Skills And Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales and marketing role
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Good knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
