Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans for personal finance products (e.g., personal loans, credit cards, mortgages).
Supervise and motivate a team of Personal Finance Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
Conduct coaching and training sessions for sales executives to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
Actively participate in customer acquisition activities, including lead generation, customer meetings, and product presentations.
Ensure adherence to all banking policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to the Sales Manager when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development) to support sales initiatives and product launches.
Identify market opportunities and competitive trends to contribute to product and service improvements.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of personal finance products and services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in coaching and motivating a sales team.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driver's license and own transportation may be required.
