Job Description

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans for personal finance products (e.g., personal loans, credit cards, mortgages).
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Personal Finance Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Conduct coaching and training sessions for sales executives to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Actively participate in customer acquisition activities, including lead generation, customer meetings, and product presentations.
  • Ensure adherence to all banking policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to the Sales Manager when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development) to support sales initiatives and product launches.
  • Identify market opportunities and competitive trends to contribute to product and service improvements.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of personal finance products and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in coaching and motivating a sales team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation may be required.
