JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent drives Security program and management system to ensure compliance with local law and regulations, and Corporate Security policy; to carryout periodic Security audit to all sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes corporate Security program and procedures to ensure protection of company personnel, information and property.
- Responsible for reviewing corporate Security procedures, training security personnel on the changes of corporate Security procedures and tracking all sites implementation of corporate Security procedures.
- Establishes corporate security audit standards and carries out periodic audits at all sites on implementation of corporate Security procedures.
- Establish NPI work plan in accordance with the production and operation target and guideline of our company, guide and inspect the executive situation of the plan.
- Responsible for external customers Security Audit compliance ensure timely follow- upon external customers security requirements no adverse complaint.
- Responsible for classification, compilation, analysis of security accidents and formulation of corresponding corrective/ preventive measures at all sites.
- Responsible for submitting all security reports and punctual reporting to Director SAAC.
- Ensures thorough irregularity and security incidents investigations.
- Establishes and maintain liaison with relevant regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies.
- Other assignments as directed by Director, SAAC.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years experience in law enforcement, intelligence or military organizations or in a security-related private sector job.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office.
