Purpose of this Position

Process elementary insurance tasks and be responsible for meeting quality, quantity, and time deadlines. Communicate with the client via email. Report processing problems and take the initiative to seek solutions.

Responsibility

1.Processing

•Operate the client system and process elementary insurance tasks and activities for clients with minimal supervision.

•Follow established procedures and meet quality, quantity, and timeliness standard.

•Follow ReSource Pro's Information Security policies/guidelines, as well as the client's security requirements, policies, and practices that are provided to ReSource Pro and information security requirements.

2.Operation Optimization

•Report processing problems and take the initiative to find solutions.

3.Customer Experience

•Communicate with the client using clear, polite and well-organized English emails.

•Respond promptly to client requests and report to the supervisor in a timely manner if any issues are found.

4.Others

•Conduct assigned auditing.

•Track data via Case Tracker.

•Assist in effectively training others.

Job Requirement

•Full-time bachelor degree or above

•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluency in Chinese and English.

•Candidates with relevant BPO experience are preferred, but outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.

•Communication and customer service. Applied learning. Quality-oriented. Strong sense of responsibility

•Working Hour: 8AM-5PM from Monday to Friday

•Office Location: Hampshire Place Office, Suite A-5-01 & 02, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur
