Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle all secretarial duties include computer work, filling, scheduling, dealing with vendors and other tasks as assigned
  • Organize and coordinate meeting
  • Support in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings, tasks & activity follow-up and coordination work

Job Requirements

  • Have a least 1 year of ecommerce work experience
  • Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin
  • SPM or above
  • Work hours: 9am-5:30pm
  • Work days: Monday to Saturday
  • Willing to work at Puncak Alam Warehouse
