Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise, coach, and motivate Spa Therapists to achieve performance targets
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
- Conduct staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Support spa promotions, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety procedures
- Prepare operational reports and assist management with performance reviews and improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in spa, wellness, or therapy operations
- Prior supervisory or Head Therapist experience preferred
- International beauty therapy qualification or equivalent certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about guest service and wellness hospitality
- Knowledge of spa treatments, hygiene, and operational procedures
- Computer literate with good administrative skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
