Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate Spa Therapists to achieve performance targets
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Conduct staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • Support spa promotions, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety procedures
  • Prepare operational reports and assist management with performance reviews and improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in spa, wellness, or therapy operations
  • Prior supervisory or Head Therapist experience preferred
  • International beauty therapy qualification or equivalent certification
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about guest service and wellness hospitality
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, hygiene, and operational procedures
  • Computer literate with good administrative skills
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
