Job Description

Mission

  • The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) supports the recruitment strategy and execution for Club Med resorts and business units in SEA by ensuring timely, high-quality hiring aligned with operational workforce planning needs.
  • This role plays a key part in attracting, assessing and securing talent for both seasonal and permanent positions, while contributing to employer branding initiatives and the digitalization of recruitment processes in line with Club Med's Talent Acquisition standards.

Key Responsibilities and Scope

1. Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across resorts in SEA (G.O population)
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, campus partnerships and recruitment events
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and coordinate interview processes
  • Ensure timely follow-up and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain recruitment pipeline for seasonal and volume hiring needs

2. Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Support manpower planning exercise based on resort opening timelines and seasonality
  • Provide market insights and hiring feasibility feedback to HRBP and Operations
  • Monitor recruitment progress against hiring targets and timelines
  • Collaborate with Mobility team on visa-related hiring when required

3. Employer Branding & Sourcing Strategy

  • Participate in career fairs, campus outreach and partnership programs with schools and universities
  • Support deployment of Club Med Employer Branding initiatives in Japan
  • Contribute to localized recruitment campaigns in alignment with SEA TA strategy
  • Build and maintain talent pools for key operational roles

4. Recruitment Digitalization & Reporting

  • Ensure job postings and recruitment activities are accurately managed in Workday ATS
  • Maintain data accuracy for recruitment tracking and reporting
  • Generate recruitment dashboards and reports for HRBP and Regional TA team
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment tools and processes

5. Compliance & Process Governance

  • Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with local labour regulations and internal policies
  • Maintain proper documentation for hiring and audit purposes
  • Adhere to Club Med recruitment standards and approval workflows
