Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Shah Alam. The Assistant Technical Sales Manager will support the sales team by handling technical sales processes, managing customer accounts, and resolving technical inquiries. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing technical support, and assisting in developing sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. The role also involves closely collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and the ability to understand and communicate technical products effectively
• Account Management and Sales skills with a focus on goal achievement and relationship building
• Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting to address customer concerns
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and long-term client retention
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and handle tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Educational background in Engineering, Sales, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage
