Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott's Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott's Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.
Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell's soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia's extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.
They join TheArnott's Group's portfolio ofbrands like Aussie legends Tim Tam & Shapes as well as New Zealand's favorite Farm Bake Cookies to drive presence in Asia.
Position based in Bangsar South.
Job Responsibilities:
a) In-Store Execution
- Implement and oversee the execution of the 5P strategy in-store to drive brand objectives across the path to purchase.
- Ensure optimal product placement, pricing, promotion, and presentation to maximize consumer engagement and sales.
b) Campaign Execution
- Coordinate and track the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, POS materials, and trade events.
- Drive consumer engagement and sales through effective campaign management and execution.
c) Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide trade marketing support that enables retail teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and distribute sales tools and materials to enhance sales efforts.
d) Performance Reporting
- Analyze the performance of trade marketing activities and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimize future campaigns.
e) Collaboration with Other Teams
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business goals and customer needs.
f) Competitor Activities
- Monitor and collate information on competitor activities and market intelligence.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, demonstrating an ability to understand sales and trade marketing operations.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team player with strong leadership skills
