Job Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and oversee the implementation of trade marketing plans for offline channels and brands to achieve business objectives.
- Analyse shopper behaviour and competitor information to deliver effective trade marketing activities and promotions.
- Plan, manage and monitor the efficient utilization of trade spend budgets across channels/brands.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders in aligning trade marketing initiatives and sales priorities/activities to ensure holistic integration to meet market needs.
- To create an impact through multiple touchpoints across channels – planogram, in-store communication, and channel activation programs.
- Create customer engagement plans for NPD and Go-To-Market along with marketing and sales.
- Responsible in planning and executing New store opening activities and grand launch event.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluation of trade promotion result and follow up plan
- Co-ordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality marketing deliverables
- Evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives to ensure sustainable business profit growth
- Any other job functions/projects that the Company assigns from time to time.
Job Requirements
Education & Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Relevant Experience & Years of Service
- Min 4 - 5 years experiences in Trade Marketing in retail / FMCG industry.
- Required strong understanding of retail and distribution channels
Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies
- Proficient in analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
