  • Implement and execute all planned trade marketing activities to support sales targets and enhance brand visibility across various channels including retail, channel integration, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop effective Point of Sales Materials (POSM), monitor their usage, and assess their impact on consumer engagement.
  • Drive product penetration by executing activities aligned with pre-defined channel strategies, ensuring optimal reach to end users.
  • Work closely with the Merchandising Team on retail space planning, shelf display optimisation, and planogramming during category revamps to maximise distribution presence.
  • Assist in analysing data related to brand and sales performance, providing valuable insights for future sales and marketing plans.
  • Support the evaluation of promotional activities effectiveness by liaising with Sales Managers and Executives, ensuring continuous improvement in campaign outcomes.
  • Monitor the marketing budget diligently, promptly highlighting any irregularities in cost expenditure to management for timely resolution.
  • Partner with the e-commerce team to facilitate new product listings, ensuring timely market launches within established timeframes.
  • Execute countermeasures for shortfalls identified in channel strategies or promotional activities, working proactively with relevant teams to address issues.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for senior management, maintaining accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
