Assistant Vice President, Business Deposit & Cross SBU (CIMB@Work)

Key Responsibilities

• Custodian of the CAW Dashboard and work closely with MIS, CBPA, DM, and the CIMB@Work team.
• Responsible for validating dashboard figures for periodic management updates and SBU reporting.
• Develop initiatives that increase revenue per customer and reduce attrition.
• Perform revenue analysis on the companies to identify revenue control risks and implement appropriate control initiatives.
• Collaborate with CSDFinancial Analysis and DM teams to derive data, perform analysis, and design strategies.
• Engage with respective SBUs or Channels to ensure sustainable business referrals and reciprocal support.
• Support SBU growth by mapping data points and identifying areas for improvement.
• Raise PR/POs for CAW-related purchases (campaigns, initiatives, and events).
• Ensure timely receipt of goods/services for all PR/POs raised.
• Organize events for CAW.
• Execute CAW segment strategies to improve revenue growth and portfolio quality.
