Assistant Vice President, Business Finance Analytics

Key Responsibilities

Financial Performance

• Prepare GBTB division monthly business performance reports for submission to Group Finance & senior management
• Prepare monthly sales production and financial forecast with analysis to highlight risks and opportunities
• Conduct weekly / monthly review with business sales teams to update on business performance against financial / KPI targets, provide variance analysis and highlight opportunities & risk areas

Business Planning

• Assist Group Chief Business & Transaction Banking Officer on developing business plans, implement strategic initiatives, prepare annual budget, KPI and scorecards

Expense Management

• Manage expense reporting and accruals, monitor operating expenses and capital expenditure against budget
• Conduct periodic cost allocation and service level agreements review for GBTB

Financial Modelling

• Perform financial simulations / modelling to generate profitability analysis for potential new investments (e.g. SME Expansion, Digital SME & etc.)

Job Requirements

• A recognize degree in preferably Accounting/ Finance/ Mathematics/ Statistics
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in similar field
• Strong analytical skills
• Independent, resourceful and meticulous in work approach with excellent interpersonal skills
