Job Description :

This role support other Unit to manage and optimize data/information requirement needs for their reports to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting within Consumer MIS and Sales Performance (CMSP) scope.

  1. Manage and support the automation of processes and reports for the Unit in CMSP. To discuss, streamline, provide proposal to the related automation requirements within CMSP by converting existing manual and Qlikview base reports intoscalable solutions using tools like Python, SAS, or modern BI platforms.
  2. Improve reports SLA and turnaround time with implemented automation programs/scripts to reduce manual intervention and improve the data preparation process. This includes design automated workflows for all the automated reports, and processes.
  3. Close engagement with Group Data & Artificial Intelligence (GDAI) team, Technology team, users and stakeholders to ride on the existing platform in supporting the single data-mart for CMSP and CBPA.
  4. Manage the documentation of processes and procedures on automated reports, including to consolidate all CMSP reports into a structured, documented, and categorized inventory by creating a clear technical documentation (data source, logics, scripts).
  5. Good risk mitigation planning by establishing backup processes and version controls toensure continuity in case of staff turnover or unforeseen incidents.
  6. Ability to support and provide basic training to internal staff to support the automation processes.
  7. Support the automation needs of information/reports identified by the teams within CMSP with improvement on turnaround time.
  8. Support information needs for initiative identified by CBPA that requires extensive programming and automation.
  9. Reduce manual reporting effort, decrease report generation time, to improve data accuracy and consistency, and to reduce key-person dependency risk.
  10. Tracking and produce % of reports automated within stipulated timeline, number of redundant reports eliminated, and TAT improvement for report generation and ad-hoc requests.
