Job Purpose
Support the Head of Total Rewards in managing the compensation and benefits initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
1) Job grading structure development - To gather all relevant information and data related to job grading structure development
2) Salary structure review
- Gather all relevant information and data related to job grading structure development
- Prepare the list of current staff in the organization and the related information to be included in the working template
- Extract the market data from the consultant and benchmark to the current
- Prepare relevant analysis related to the salary structure review
3) Annual Bonus and Salary Increment exercise
- Gather all relevant information
- Preparation of the working template and related analysis
- Generate letters to staff on the bonus and increment
4) Annual Promotion and Salary Adjustment Exercise
- Preparation of the working template and related analysis
- Generate letters to staff on the promotion and salary adjustment
- Manage the promotion and salary listing
5) Rewards Survey Benchmarking
- Work closely with the consultants in the benchmarking and data submission exercise
6) Internal and external benchmark
- Work closely with Recruiter in providing the salary benchmarking (internal and market) data.
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Human Resources / Business or any relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant in Compensation & Benefits experience
