Accountable in Credit Portfolio Analytics in executing credit portfolio strategy across origination (TTD) and post-booking performance monitoring. Assist in analytics, reporting, and credit risk performance management to ensure portfolio quality, profitability, and sustainability.

Job Purpose

  • To support the analytics team in day-to-day reporting, monitoring, and analysis activities.
  • To enhance business performance visibility through data extraction, validation, and basic statistical analysis.
  • To prepare timely and accurate management information to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • To assist in maintaining a healthy credit portfolio within the bank's risk appetite by supporting credit strategy analysis and implementation.
  • To conduct portfolio monitoring and assist in identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data and reporting outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting Support
  • Support tracking of portfolio health (e.g., delinquency trends, vintage performance).
  • Prepare recurring reports and dashboards for portfolio monitoring.
  • Assist in data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor early warning indicators and highlight observed trends.
  • Credit Analytics Support
  • Perform basic origination and segmentation analysis (e.g., booking mix, approval rate trends).
  • Support deep-dive analysis on emerging risks under guidance of Head, Credit Policy & Portfolio Analytics.
  • Assist in preparation of KRIs and performance tracking reports.
  • Produce data extracts and analysis for management reporting and business reviews.
  • Regulatory & Internal Reporting Support
  • Assist in preparation of regulatory submissions and ad-hoc queries.
  • Support data compilation for BNM reporting (e.g., CRR, quarterly insights).
  • Provide relevant data and analysis for audit and compliance queries.
  • Stakeholder & Operational Support
  • Work closely with Risk, Collections, Finance, and Business teams to fulfill data and reporting requests.
  • Support preparation of materials for presentations and management forums.
  • Ensure timely delivery of analytics outputs aligned with business needs.
