Job Description:
1. Marketing Planning and Implementation
- Develop overall marketing plan for the Line-Of-Business that is consistent with the objective of both the Bank and the respective Business Groups
- Work with Business Heads on the go to market strategies for key projects / initiatives for the Bank's marketing campaign
- Work and manage marketing agencies i.e. creative ,media and digital agencies to deliver best in class marketing activation
- Optimize marketing budget to drive better campaign ROI and campaign performance.
- Spearhead and coordinate marketing campaigns end to end planning and deliverables with other internal stakeholder within marketing to ensure timely launch for all campaigns.
2. Campaign Management
- Central point of contact with the marketing agencies for media planning and buying as well as creative development process
- Strong comprehension of the governing guidelines and corporate identity standards to ensure that the communication materials are consistent with the Bank's brand image
- Recognize the Line-Of-Business's key focus areas and implement relevant campaign and material to accomplish the target
- Monitor and ensure deliverables from both internal and external stakeholders of the planned campaigns are completed in a timely manner and meeting the standard for external consumption
- Set clear measurable goals for the initiatives, review marketing campaign performance regularly so that corrective actions can be taken if required to meet the set objectives.
- Establish marketing campaign analysis, tracking and reporting for owned and paid media both traditional and digital media.
- Review campaign launch performance against forecast and objective together with internal stakeholders and provide valuable insight to all stakeholders.
- Monitor , track and ensure campaign budget are spent within the agreeable budget
3 . Product marketing communication
- Define how Alliance Bank marketing value propositions need to be communicated through different channels (owned and paid ).Develop compelling content and marketing messaging to appeal different target segments
- Develop media strategy that will provide reach, frequency and subsequently lead required to achieve campaign objective.
- Establish A/B test on creative and messaging
- Develop marketing brief together with product owner and conduct marketing brief to all marketing agencies.
- Responsible to review all marketing materials prior launch in a market. Ensure grammatical and content accuracy before its launch to the market.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years and above in marketing communication, preferably from banking background with strong consumer banking product knowledge
- Experience in working with marketing agencies i.e. creative, media and digital agency.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive , can do attitude and strong business acumen
- Good understanding basic digital marketing principles i.e. performance marketing
- Outstanding communication organization and project management skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
