Strategise, Propose & Implement Initiatives to Drive Deposits-led Acquisition
Strategize, design and lead the implementation of deposits-led acquisition initiatives, and campaigns to acquire customers with Growth (loan and wealth cross-sell) potential in line with CASA account and customer growth target set for the financial year.
Work in hand with CSD on sourcing of partnership for new CASA acquisition.
Align decision-making stakeholders on from start at conceptualization to proposals.
Align CSD on set and agreed objectives.
Work with digital marketing teams in Segment and media agencies to implement digital and offline marketing and creative execution, marketing campaign strategies and implementation for deposits-led acquisition growth initiatives and ensure digital marketing optimization.
Conduct periodic performance review new initiatives momentum and propose initiatives to close gap.
Leading and be Champion for the end customers experience on our services and digital journey
Diagnose customer pain points, customer needs and build journey mapping that is based on consumer empathy map and persona.
Provide thought leadership to identify the job-to-be-done and value dimensions ranging from functional, emotional to social in digital proposition expansion strategies
Partner GTO to design and define the UIUX of on onboarding, usage and engagement on our digital apps and platforms.
Diagnose, identify and lead initiatives to improve customer advocacy matrices like NPS and referral rates.
Leading in initiatives for Digital Channels Acquisitions and Products Marketing
Focusing and leading the initiatives on the growth of CASA acquisition with digitize channel i.e. eKYC.
Work with digital marketing teams in Segment and media agencies to implement digital and offline marketing and creative execution, marketing campaign strategies and implementation for deposits-led acquisition growth initiatives and ensure digital marketing optimization
Setup effective marketing performance tool platform tools i.e. Insider to track on customer behavior that landing on our landed on ABMB marketing asset
Leading the strategic proposal discussion on product messaging with marketing that set new and existing products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling points
Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team i.e Telesales & Branch sales and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
Plan and participate in the launch of new services i.e. eKC and products with product teams
Leveraging on marketing performance to improve customer experience
Conduct performance reviews of initiatives with Marketing and CSD to lower down cost of acquisition from digital channels and improve digital marketing performances
Job Requirement
Minimum 5 years of working experience
Minimum 3 years of direct experience in consumer banking
Experienced in portfolio strategies
Skills on portfolio analytics
Experience in pricing strategy proposal
Experience in implementing marketing campaign for acquisition and growth
Product Development experience
Possess system and operational knowledge of deposits products
Good knowledge of industry deposits trend
Good knowledge of competition pricing, products and offering
Strong knowledge of Regulatory frameworks governing deposits business
Deposits product experience will be an added advantage
